Run Update

We’re up to three miles now.  I’m averaging a little under 11 minutes a mile, but my heart rate is keeping pretty steady at 174/bpm (I purchased a heart-rate monitor).  On Monday, when we measured last, I had lost an inch in my waist, about an inch in my hips, and gained measurements in my boobs.  Go figure.

Running is never comfortable, but it is definitely rewarding.
